The load capacities are calculated when the load is uniformly distributed over the two beams and must not be exceeded. Should you be unsure or confused regarding frame, beams and bay loading capacities, load capacities must be confirmed at the time of order and may vary depending on system configuration and number of adjoining bays.

IMVO Pallet Racking Quick Guide
Pallet Racking is a safe and cost-effective solution for storing palletised goods above ground level. Loaded by forklift trucks, adjustable pallet racking comprises of Blue Upright Frames fitted with Horizontal Orange Beams that support the pallets. Pairs of orange beams can be fitted into the frames at a pitch height that suits the pallet height. Our pallet racking conforms with the highest structural design standard: British Standard BS EN 15512.
You can choose separate frames and beams to build your own bays, of simply opt for one of our kits. We have a range of kits comprising of Starter Bays and add-on bays to accommodate the two most popular pallet sizes, Euro Pallet 800 x 1200 and UK Pallet 1000 x 1200.
Our Blue Upright Frames are powder-coated RAL 5005 blue for safety in the workplace. The front and rear upright profiles are screwed together with cross struts and diagonal struts for extra stability. These are normally supplied KDM (upright and bracing components separately to be assembled by the customer with assembly instructions provided). Can be supplied pre-assembled at an additional cost.
For additional security, 2 foot plates per rack upright are mounted at the bottom ends and secured to the floor using bolt anchors ensuring the racking frames are highly secure as it is fixed to the floor.
We offer a wide range of beam lengths to suit the most popular pallet widths. For example, 2700mm beams are popular because they will accommodate two UK pallets of 1200mm width, or three Euro pallets of 800mm width, with the necessary left-to-right clearances.
The Horizontal Orange beams are powder-coated in RAL 2004 orange for safety in the workplace. They are simply attached to the rack uprights thanks to the plug-in design. Additional safety pins ensure safety by preventing the cross beam from being accidentally lifted out.
Modular Design for Customisation
The flexibility of the racking is great for customers who require different sizes based on their product weight and dimensions. The orange beams can be attached at any height in increments of 50 mm to create different sizes of shelf compartment. So these can be moved based on your requirements.
Quick and Easy Assembly
All assembly material such as nuts, screws, bolt anchors, foot plates and all small parts required for assembly are included in the price.
If you have any problems with the design or testing of your new pallet racking, we also offer professional rack assembly and we also offer in-house racking inspections in accordance with EN 15635.

Maximum loading capacities given for frames and beams maybe limited by other factors within the overall design of the system and are on run length, quantity of racking bays together, height to first beam, and number of levels.
The customer is responsible to ensure the correct design, configuration, and installation of materials are in line with the manufacturers guidelines.
