New Longspan Heavy Duty Racking - 1.5m Height
Our medium duty Longspan Racking is made and designed to last a lifetime. Our upright frames are made with 3mm steel to ensure quality and support heavy loads, finished with powder coated Royal Blue (RAL 5005). Our Horizontal Orange Beams (2005) are tested for load, stability and rigidity.
Our Longspan Racking bays are available in sizes 1.5m to 2.5m in height and 2/3/4/5 shelves, 600/900mm or 1200mm deep and 1.5m to 2.5m in shelf size.

Our Longspan racking meets all requirements thanks to their stability and versatility. Our racks have an impressive unit load capacity (total load with even distribution between two uprights) of 2500 kg and a compartment load capacity of up-to 600 kg. This makes it easy to store different types of goods, including bulky and heavy items.
Load Capacity Per Shelf - UDL (Uniformly Distributed Load)

Shelving Options
Our racks come standard with either 18mm or 25 mm-thick wooden chipboard which is ideal for storing dry products, such as cartons or storage boxes, and is simply placed in the stepped beam. The chipboard simply site in between the beams and if necessary, we have shelf supports which can be placed on the beams for added support.
Metal shelf decks can also be supplied upon request.
Assembly is complete in just a few steps thanks to the flexibility of the racking and is great for customers who require different sizes based on their product weight and dimensions. The blue upright frames are simply placed in their designated position and can also be secured to the ground using anchor bolts through the well designed and robust base plate.
The orange horizontal beams can be attached at any height in increments of 50 mm to create different sizes of shelf compartment. So, these can be moved based on your requirements.

Longspan Racking is supplied flat packed as components only, and will need to be assembled. Instructions will be provided. Should you want these assembled for you prior to delivery please contact us for a quote.
Maximum loading capacities given for frames and beams maybe limited by other factors within the overall design of the system and are on run length, quantity of racking bays together, height to first beam, and number of levels. Load capacity is for evenly distributed loads.
The customer is responsible to ensure the correct design, configuration, and installation of materials are in line with the manufacturers guidelines.
